1. Mount the disk image


The Finder will open and mount the downloaded disk image. If this does not happen, locate in Finder the .dmg file that you downloaded and double-click it to open and mount the image.

2. Connect your phone with your Mac

Pair your phone with your Mac using Bluetooth or attach the USB cable to your Mac and your mobile phone.

3. Run the program

Open PhoneInspector and follow the on-screen instructions. PhoneInspector will create a report, which you can send to newdevices@novamedia.de .
