GlobeSurfer III+ is a 3G wireless gateway router that connects to the internet by mobile network providers and allows a local network to share this internet connection through Wireless LAN and Ethernet. GlobeSurfer III+ is easy to setup and administer using any Internet browser and features a Quick-Setup-Wizard.

	For beginners: The ‘Quick Setup Wizard’ guides you through the basic settings and you can establish an Internet connection within minutes. And a preconfigured Firewall keeps your network safe.
	For professionals: Advanced Firewall and Gateway settings, VPN, DynDNS, DMZ-Host support.
	Fast: Using HSPA you can connect with up to 14.4 Mbit/s download speeds and up to 5.7 Mbit/s upload speeds*. Using WLAN 802.11 b/g you gain up to 54 Mbit/s in your wireless network.
	Secure: GlobeSurfer III+ features WEP as well as WPA, WPA2 support.
	External antenna conector: It is easy to boost the reception in areas with low signal quality.

The SIM card is placed inside the router and the internal antenna will be used to establish a connection to the mobile Internet provider. The built in advanced receiver technology always gets the best out of the cell network you use, even on the borders of network coverage (Receiver Diversity and Equalisation)

Phone functions included: The router features a standard telephone jack to use an analog phone to issue and receive phone calls. Text messages can be issued, viewed and answered through the browser from all clients.

Easy configuration: Insert the SIM card, attach power and ethernet cable and surf to http://192.168.1.1. Run the Quick-setup wizard and connect your local network via WLAN or Ethernet to go online.

Failover: In case your normal Internet connection gets broken or lost, the GlobeSurfer III+ can take over and ensure a working Internet connection at all times. If the normal Internet connection is available again, the GlobeSurfer III+ will switch back again.
