Better Mac support for Cell phones and PC datacards

Berlin, 16th of November 2004 - nova media today unveiled ModemTest for Mac,
a convenient tool to help adding new devices to Mobile High Speed, a set-up
wizard to connect a Macintosh to the Internet using a cell phone or PC
datacard.

"There are a myriad of phones and PC datacards out there with no Mac
support whatsoever.", states Jan Fuellemann, PR spokesman at nova media.
"ModemTest for Mac helps to decide if these devices can be supported by
Mobile High Speed for Mac OS X, which already supports more than 90 mobile
phones and PC datacards of most major vendors."

ModemTest for Mac will analyse a cell phone or PC datacard connected to a
Mac OS X system. A log file is created which has to be sent to nova media
for closer inspection. nova media will then update Mobile High Speed to
include this device for fast mobile Internet access.
